Artists: Lindsay Lander, Margaret Shields, Miho Morinoue

Goal: No boundaries. The original idea was to reiterate our vocabulary from “Not Too Pretty Please” in a larger scale but we ended up just going for it.

Something freeing just happened and it must remain as is for a while…we romanticized giant shodo, the abstract expressionists and John Cage. Do we go bolder and add the deep black? Would that be too masculine? Would it add too much weight and diminish the flflalalalow? Should we listen to our intuition? We leave it alone….
